Fatima Soleman
Chief Executive Officer
A Pan-African business strategist with a strong entrepreneurial acumen, Fatima Soleman has founded two ventures in the construction and real estate sector prior to establishing Mister Roof Rwanda.
As the Chief Executive Officer, Fatima is responsible for the culture, vision and business development of the company. She handles the setting and execution of the organization’s overall strategy, the allocation of capital, business development and the building and overseeing of the executive team.
WALTER MUGANGA
Chief Financial Officer
Walter has 19 years' experience in finance and management. He occupied managerial positions at different companies (such as Bella Flowers) where he spent 8 years as Chief Finance Officer and at RRA where he spent 11 years as Head of Financial Management Division, General Accounting and Budget Section.
Walter joined Mr Roof in November 2023 to support the company in strengthening its finance and human resources operations as well as advising the company on the best strategy of increasing sales, reducing costs and boosting the overall customer experience.
Alexsuz Abdul Rahman Triunfante
Operations Manager
With over 18 years of extensive experience in pre-engineered buildings and light gauge steel frame construction, Abdul brings a unique problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to his work. He has a strong electrical background and holds OSHA certification.
As an operations manager, Abdul is committed to empowering technicians, ensuring they take ownership of their work and have the resources they need to perform at their best.
His dedication to safety, quality and efficiency, along with his leadership abilities in construction, production and operations makes him an excellent mentor to the team.
Jean Pierre Nzabana
Detailer & Technical Manager
Jean Pierre NZABANA is a professional designer and detailor in construction projects with 15+ years’ experience at different companies.
Jean Pierre has a Diploma in Architectural Design from the Universal Institute of Graphics and Technology, Kampala, Uganda. He supports Mister Roof in preparing and managing Light Gauge Steel Frame (LSF) designs for costing, municipality approval, manufacturing and construction purposes using specialised design software.
Prior to joining Mister Roof, Jean Pierre worked as Senior LSF Design and Detailing Manager for different organizations.
Nathaniel ward
Detailer & Estimator
Nathaniel is a Light Steel Frame (LSF) design detailer who studied Building Technology from Cape Coast Technical University, Ghana.
With six years’ experience, Nathaniel is responsible for delivering Design and Estimation for prospective clients, also ensuring proper and optimised detailing and bill of quantities once a project has been approved.
ERIC TUYISHIME
Project Manager
Eric is a certified Civil Engineer with over 7 years of experience in precast engineering, structural design, and project management. He has worked on major national projects, including Kanombe Military Hospital, the DRD Center, Heza Estate Batsinda, and the Gahanga Housing Project. He brings strong expertise in supervising construction works, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within time and budget.
Eric has also led consulting project management for Kigali Serenity Estate, overseeing the full design and supervision of 12 G+1 twin residential houses.
Eric joined Mister Roof Ltd on August 25, 2025 as Project Manager, supporting the company in improving project execution, strengthening quality assurance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective project management and technical guidance.
PEACE MUTONI
Human Resource & Administration Officer
Peace is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 4 years of experience in employee management, organizational development, and administrative operations. She has worked with Century Park Hotel & Residences Ltd, Sawa Citi Ltd, and BBrood Rwanda Ltd, contributing to improvements in HR policies, performance management, staff engagement, and workplace culture, She is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management.
Peace joined Mister Roof Ltd on August 27, 2025 as Human Resource & Administration Officer, supporting the company in strengthening HR operations, improving staff experience, and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Pacifique iradukunda
Logistics & Procurement Officer
Pacifique is a technician supervisor with seven years’ experience in Light Steel Frame (LSF) construction.
He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Supplies and Procurement Management, which strengthens his understanding of procurement processes, materials planning, supplier coordination, and inventory management, complementing his technical experience in construction operations.
Pacifique joined Mister Roof as LSF Technician Supervisor and also supports Logistics and Procurement. He is committed to ongoing learning and development in his field, to bring the latest innovations and techniques to his work.
ISARO ROLITHA BENITHA
Administration Assistant
Rolitha is an administrative professional with over 4 years of experience in office management, executive support, and stakeholder coordination. She has developed strong expertise in organizing office operations, managing schedules, preparing documents, and supporting HR and finance functions to ensure smooth business processes.
She brings strong proficiency in coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues. Rolitha is known for her organizational skills, and proactive approach in supporting daily administrative operations
Rolitha joined Mister Roof Ltd in February 2025 as Administration Assistant, where she supports daily office operations, assists management teams, and contributes to maintaining smooth administrative workflows.
INGABIRE SIFA
Sales Officer
Sifa is a motivated sales professional with over 3 years of experience in sales management, customer relations, and marketing across companies such as City Electrical & Hardware Solutions and OSAKI Group Company.
She has developed strong expertise in client engagement, sales planning, customer database management, and cross-department coordination. She is known for her ability to build strong customer relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
Sifa joined Mister Roof Ltd in October 2025 as Sales Officer, where she supports sales operations, customer acquisition, and the implementation of effective sales strategies.
NIZEYIMANA PHILBERT
Site Engineer
Philbert is a Civil Engineer with over 4 years of experience in site supervision, structural design, and project management. He has contributed to various projects, including residential buildings, health centers, and water supply networks, gaining solid expertise in overseeing construction works, coordinating teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within specifications.
He brings strong proficiency in civil engineering and drafting software, including ETABS, SAFE, SAP 2000, TEKLA TEDDS, CSI BRIDGE, Prokon, AutoCAD, Arch CAD, ArcGIS, and EPANET, enabling him to support design, structural analysis, and project documentation efficiently.
Philbert joined Mister Roof Ltd in July 2025 as a Site Engineer, where he supervises daily construction activities, coordinates laborers and subcontractors, monitors project quality, and ensures the successful execution of roofing and Light Steel Frame (LSF) structures, contributing to the company’s goal of delivering safe, high-quality, and timely construction projects.
EMMANUEL RUBONEZA
Operation Officer
Emmanuel is a construction professional with 15 years of experience, specializing in light steel framing and roofing systems. He began his academic journey in Law at ULK before transitioning into the construction sector—giving him a unique combination of technical expertise and a strong understanding of legal and compliance principles.
Over the years, Emmanuel has developed solid skills in site supervision, project coordination, operational planning, and quality control. His ability to blend practical construction experience with structured operational management makes him a valuable asset in ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to standards.
Emmanuel joined Mister Roof Ltd on August 1, 2023 as Operation officer, where he supports daily operational activities, oversees field teams, ensures process efficiency, and contributes to delivering high-quality construction and roofing projects.
MUVANDIMWE JEAN CLAUDE
Production Supervisor
Jean Claude is a highly experienced construction professional with over 18 years of experience across multiple roles in the construction industry. His career includes working as a Mason at ECOSEC Construction Company, Site Foreman at Menu Metal Construction Company, Enterprise Development Facilitator with CARE International, and Fitter & Construction Technician at Stawtec Building Solutions. Through these roles, he gained strong expertise in site supervision, production operations, team coordination, and hands-on construction work.
He is recognized for his technical skill, reliability, and dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring safety and efficiency on all projects.
Jean Claude joined Mister Roof Ltd in May 2023 as Production Supervisor, where he oversees daily production activities, ensures adherence to standards, and contributes to improving overall project quality and productivity.
URAYENEZA ANTOINE
Production Technician
Antoine is a skilled construction professional with over 6 years of experience gained from 2016 to 2022 at Strawtec Rwanda. During his tenure, he built strong expertise in construction processes, equipment handling, and quality control.
He is widely recognized for his technical reliability, attention to detail, and ability to support smooth and efficient construction operations.
Antoine joined Mister Roof Ltd in May 2023 as a Production Technician, where he contributes to daily production activities, ensures precision in technical tasks, and supports the company in delivering high–quality construction and roofing solutions.
BIMENYIMANA FELICIEN
DRIVER
Felicien is a professional driver with 18 years of experience in safely transporting personnel, materials, and goods. He has extensive knowledge of road safety regulations, vehicle maintenance, and efficient route planning.
Felicien joined Mister Roof Ltd on August 1, 2024, as a Driver, where he supports the company’s operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services.
UWINGABIRE ALIVERA
Cleaner
Alivera is a cleaning professional with 15 years of experience in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various work environments. She has developed strong expertise in cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
